1Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of the okwow platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. It is a violation of these Terms to use the platform if you are under 21 years old. okwow may request proof of age at any time and will close accounts where age verification fails.
• You must be the registered account holder and must use the account solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration and must update this information promptly if it changes.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or a voluntary exclusion agreement with okwow or any other platform.

2Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of okwow services, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration:

• Each player is permitted to hold only one account with okwow. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, devices, payment methods or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• okwow reserves the right to require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a change in account details. Required documents may include a valid national ID, passport or other government-issued identification.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. okwow will never contact you to ask for your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify okwow support immediately.
• okwow reserves the right to refuse any account registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

3Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

The following terms govern all financial transactions on the okwow platform:

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. okwow does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. Any attempt to deposit funds from a payment method not belonging to the account holder may result in account suspension and return of funds to the source.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. okwow reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically feasible. okwow targets processing approved withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes, but this timeline may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• okwow reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting supporting documentation to verify the source of funds. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where such verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

okwow does not accept cash transactions, cryptocurrency payments, or transfers from third-party payment processors not listed as approved payment methods on the platform. Any such payments received will be returned to the sender and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

4Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

okwow may offer bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated alongside the individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in the specific bonus terms and conditions.
• Bonuses and free spins have a stated validity period. Any bonus balance, free spins or associated winnings that have not been used or withdrawn within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• okwow reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already claimed and in progress.
• Players who exhibit wagering patterns that are deemed by okwow to constitute low-risk bonus abuse — including but not limited to hedging bets, systematic bet patterns designed to exploit promotion mechanics, or coordinated group play — may have their bonus entitlement cancelled and any associated winnings voided.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only, are limited to one per household or IP address, and may not be claimed in conjunction with any other new-player promotion unless expressly stated otherwise.

5Responsible Gaming

okwow is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all players. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• okwow is a platform for adults aged 21 and above exclusively. We have a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling and will close any account where we have reason to believe the account holder is under 21 years of age, forfeiting any balance held in that account.
• Self-exclusion and account cooling-off options are available to all registered players. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the okwow platform should contact our support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and the excluded player's account will be closed for the requested duration.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okwow platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime through use of the platform, including deliberately cycling funds through the platform without genuine gaming activity.
• Use of bots, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, scripts or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on the platform.
• Collusion or any form of coordinated play between two or more players designed to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus mechanics or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks or disputes raised with payment providers without first contacting okwow support to attempt resolution. Fraudulent chargeback activity will be reported and the associated account permanently banned.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, errors, glitches or security vulnerabilities in the okwow platform. Players who discover such issues are required to report them to okwow support immediately and must not exploit them for personal gain.

7Intellectual Property

All content on the okwow platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, game assets, text and data — is the exclusive property of okwow or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any content on the platform. Any unauthorised use of okwow intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

8Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okwow shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, even if okwow has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

okwow makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times, free from interruption, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In no event shall okwow's aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okwow account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

9Account Suspension and Termination

okwow reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, okwow may take such action where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility requirements, prohibited activities or payment terms.
• okwow has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise dishonest activity in connection with your account, regardless of whether such activity has been conclusively proven.
• You request voluntary account closure or self-exclusion, in which case okwow will process the closure promptly and return any verified balance to your registered payment method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements and any pending verification.

10Privacy and Data Protection

okwow collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on this website and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with okwow, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. okwow uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. 11Amendments to These Terms

okwow reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the okwow platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.
